The German grocery chain Aldi will soon be open on the Central Coast.
The store has been under construction since earlier this year in the renovated shopping center on Grand Avenue in Arroyo Grande
The grand opening is set for Nov. 8 at 8 a.m.
This is the first Aldi on the Central Coast, but the company says more could possibly to come to the area.
Aldi opened its first store in the U.S. in 1976 but only recently started a rapid expansion in the last two years.
The chain is known for lower price , high-quality produce, meat and other grocery items.
