Central Coast Salmon Enhancement to receive free rebrand from local marketing agency

Verdin announced Thursday that Central Coast Salmon Enhancement was the winner of this year’s 24-Hour Give.

The event is set for Nov. 8 and 9. A Give-a-thon will also take place at that time.

A local marketing agency hopes to make a difference for one nonprofit organization and there are only hours left to vote for the winner.

Verdin, a San Luis Obispo marketing firm, has sorted through nominations for its annual 24-Hour Give and selected GALA and Central Coast Salmon Enhancement as the two finalists for the event, which offers a free rebrand done over 24 hours, which includes a new website, advertising campaign and PSA concepts.

To vote for one of the two finalists, click here. Voting can be done once every 24 hours through Oct. 22.

“This year marks the fifth anniversary of the 24-Hour,” said Verdin President Mary Verdin in a press release. “The total value donated by our company, including this year, will reach $150,000. The total value of the Give including our partners and sponsors will be edging close to a half a million dollars.”

The value of the rebrand is estimated at about $125,000.

The 24-Hour Give is set for Nov. 8 and 9. A Give-a-thon will also take place during the event.
