The annual Zoo to You Halloween Poker Run takes place this weekend at the wineries along Highway 46 East in Paso Robles.
Zoo to You will have its exotic animal ambassadors stationed at the participating wineries where visitors can interact with the animals and talk with their handlers.
The event takes place this Saturday, Oct. 27, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The animals, including lemurs, alligators, a raven, an adorable mountain lion cub and other species, will be on hand from noon until 4 p.m.
For a $25 donation, participants will receive a Poker Run passport. Passport holders receive free tastings at the participating wineries on both Saturday and Sunday and the opportunity to build a poker hand for a chance to win prizes.
Those who wear a costume will receive a 10 percent discount on wine purchases.
Passports can be purchased at any 46 East winery or online.
