Weather delays launch of Falcon 9 from Vandenberg AFB

The launch of a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Air Force Base has been delayed once again.

The base announced Tuesday that the latest delay is due to weather.

The launch was first set for Nov. 19 but was re-scheduled for Wednesday so that additional pre-flight inspections could be done.

When the rocket does launch, it will carry the Spaceflight SSO-A: SmallSat Express into space.

The SSO-A:SmallSat Express is being called the largest single ride share mission from a U.S. Based launch vehicle. It will have 15 microsats and 49 CubeSats from commercial and government groups and will deliver them to a low-Earth orbi
