Officials have released the name of the pedestrian hit and killed in Lompoc earlier this month.
The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office has identified her as Malani Suduhakure, 55, of Sri Lanka.
She was hit the evening of Dec. 7 along the 300 block of West Cypress Avenue.
Three other people were also hit, but authorities described their injuries as moderate.
Police said after the crash they did not suspect drugs or alcohol were factors in the collision.
KSBY has reached out multiple times to Lompoc police for more information on the incident but has not yet heard back.
