The Cracker Barrel Old Country Store will be opening in Santa Maria next month.
The company announced the Feb. 11 date Monday.
The restaurant and store hasbeen accepting applications to fill approximately 225 full and part-time positions.
Cracker Barrel will be located in the Enos Ranch shopping center at the corner of Betteravia and Bradley roads.
Cracker Barrel says the more than 10,000 square-foot restaurant, including the front porch, will seat up to 180 guests at a time.
It will be the third Cracker Barrel in California. The other two stores are located in Victorville and Sacramento.
