City of Paso Robles holding open house on proposed development

The City of Paso Robles is holding a public open house Wednesday, Jan. 30, on plans for the Olsen-South Chandler Ranch development.

The plans call for the development of 1,233 residential units and 9,800 square feet of commercial buildings on 356 acres.

The proposed project is bounded between Sherwood Rd., Fontana Rd., Linne Rd., Hanson Rd., and Meadowlark Rd.

The open house is taking place from noon until 6 p.m. At 6:30, Paso Robles city officials will hold an Environmental Impact Report Scoping Meeting on the project.

The open house and EIR meeting are being held at the Paso Robles City Council Chambers, located at 1000 Spring St.
