A vehicle reportedly spun out in the northbound lanes of Highway 101 near the Highway 154 onramp at about 7:45 a.m., ending up sideways against the embankment.

A non-injury crash was reported in the southbound lanes in the same area just minutes earlier.

In Oceano, Highway 1 at 13th Street was flooded once again.
