Portions of Grover Beach were hit hard by the overnight storm.
A large tree came down near Front Street and Ocean View near the Monarch Grove. A truck could also be seen underneath a downed tree.
The road was also closed in the area.
The storm has also knocked out power to thousands of PG&E customers in San Luis Obispo County and the northern part of Santa Barbara County.
A high wind warning is in effect for San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties until 3 p.m. Saturday.
