UPDATE (7:20 a.m.) – PG&E is responding to an outage impacting over 2,100 customers in the Pismo Beach area Thursday morning.
According to PG&E, the power went out at 7 a.m. The outage is impacted the Toucan Terrace area near James Way.
PG&E has not given an estimate for when power will be restored.
More than 400 PG&E customers were without power in the Santa Maria and Orcutt areas Thursday morning.
According to PG&E, the outage to the east of Highway 101 between Betteravia Road and Clark Avenue began at 5:13 a.m.
Crews are reportedly on scene working to restore power and determine the cause of the outage.
There is no timeline on when power will be restored.
