An Arroyo Grande man was arrested Friday afternoon after police say he was spotted stealing tools from a hotel in Grover Beach.
Police say they got a call from a citizen who reported seeing a man throwing tools or equipment over a wall outside the Holiday Inn Express on N. Oak Park Blvd., then riding away on a bicycle.
Officers responded and reportedly spotted the suspect at 12th St. and Atlantic City Ave.
Police say they determined that Tyler Joseph Terry had burglarized a storage facility at the hotel and stole several items.
The stolen property was reportedly recovered and Terry, 35, was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
