Arroyo Grande police arrested a man Thursday suspected of throwing rocks at vehicles and businesses.
Anthony Christopher Panos, 20, of Atascadero was arrested on suspicion of vandalism.
Police say they first got a call about a man throwing large rocks at the windshields of county-owned vehicles at the Department of Social Services on E. Grand Ave. just before noon.
The man reportedly then left that area and was seen by an officer throwing rocks through the window of a business in the 900 block of E. Grand Ave.
Panos was taken into custody and booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail. As of Friday evening, he was being held on $20,000 bail.
