Hundreds of elementary school kids took over the Allan Hancock College campus in Santa Maria on Friday.
It was all for the college’s largest ever Bulldog Bound event.
The event is a chance for 5th and 6th graders at local schools to learn about higher education.
“We have activities that are age appropriate that are based on our programs of study,” explained Marna Lombardi, Allan Hancock College Public Information Specialist.
The kids got to make music using chopsticks, graph 3D objects, make 30-second commercials, take part in police officer exercises, and other fun workshops.
