A Cal Poly student went home with nearly $50,000 in prizes after appearing on Wheel of Fortune Monday night.
Jake Douglas, from Washington, made it to the bonus round in the show. Douglas appeared on the show representing Cal Poly for “College Week” in honor of spring break.
“I am a 3rd year at Cal Poly studying graphic communications. I was a wrestler there for two years and I do a lot of photography,” said Douglas.
Douglas walked away with a new Volkswagen Golf GTI, $14,650 and a trip to Maui.
