KnowledgeWorx if offering afree college admission workshop for anyone with questions about the university application process and entrance exams.
According to a press release the hour-long presentation will cover:
- An overview of the admission process
- Developing a timeline of admission tasks for each year of high school
- How to reduce stress when college planning
- Creating a strong high school profile
- Understanding and finding the “best fit”
- Admission types and deadlines
- Everything you need to know about admission exams
KnowledgeWorx founder Nagla Orlando will be at the workshop advising parents.
“I’ve worked with numerous students and their parents over the years to help take the mystery and the worry out of the admissions process,” Orlando said. “For many, it has meant revealing opportunities they didn’t know were available to them, financially and academically. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution for students, each one is unique and I work one-on-one with them to find the best opportunity for success.”
The workshop is Thursday, March 28 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Wearhouse Micro Venue at 815 12th St. Unit B in Paso Robles.
