Philbric Rd., east of Santa Maria, is closed because of a culvert failure.
The road is closed from Betteravia Rd. to Stowell Rd.
According to the Santa Barbara County Public Works Department, the closure is indefinite.
Customers headed to the Santa Maria Regional Landfill are advised to use another route, such as Main St. or Sugar St.
