The Santa Barbara Zoo is making kids feel extra special this weekend.
They’re hosting a two-day Princess Weekend event.

Children are invited to dress up like a princess or prince for the special zoo event that is designed to teach kids about different types of frogs, toads and other amphibians that are facing extinction.

There will be plenty of things to do at the event such as the “kiss a frog” booth, face painting, a bounce house, arts and crafts and a DJ spinning the tunes for a dance party. All the activities will be at the Cabrillo Lawn area.

Popular princesses like Snow White and Sleeping Beauty will also be in attendance along with some mermaids, fairies and other fairytale characters.
Admission is:
- Adults: $18
- Seniors 65+: $13
- Children 2-12: $11
Parking is $11.
