(3/28/19) – The City of Santa Barbara Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating an at-risk teen.
Jazzmyn La Rue is 13-years-old, 5’4 and 110 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen at the Chapala Market, 605 N. Milpas Street, at 2:15 Thursday afternoon.
If you have any information on Rue’s whereabouts, police say to call 911 immediately.
