A Cal Poly baseball game this weekend has been moved up due to a scheduled power outage on campus.
According to a campus alert, the game between Cal State Northridge on Saturday will now take place at 2 p.m. instead of 4 p.m.
University spokesperson Matt Lazier says the outage will begin at 6:30 a.m. and could last up to 12 hours.
PG&E crews will reportedly be performing needed repairs on its equipment on campus during that time.
Lazier says those on campus have been notified “several times over the last couple of weeks,” including again Friday morning.
Cal Poly is currently on spring break. The spring term begins Tuesday.
