A magnitude 3.8 earthquake was felt in parts of northern San Luis Obispo County on Friday.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake struck at 10:52 a.m., approximately 2.5 miles southeast of Parkfield.
Several people around the Paso Robles and Templeton areas reported feeling light shaking as a result of the quake.
