A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed in a February crash on Highway 135 in Orcutt.
Two people were killed in the crash, which happened shortly before 6:30 a.m. on Feb. 7, near Union Valley Parkway.
The California Highway Patrols says a DUI driver crashed a big rig into the back of another vehicle, killing both people inside.
Family members of one of the victims, 60-year-old Rickie Motley, filed the lawsuit. It names the suspect, Gilbert Patrick Pena, and Sysco Corporation as defendants.

Pena still hasn’t been charged in the crash, but he’s due back in court in August.
Jesse Donald Gluyas, 24, also died in the crash.
