Santa Barbara police have identified the victim of a deadly stabbing Saturday as Alberto Suarez Torres, 29, of Santa Barbara.
The incident happened at around 1:15 a.m. on June 1.
Police reportedly responded to an assault in the 1300 block of Cacique St. and found Torres unconscious.
He later died at the hospital.
Police say Torres had multiple stab wounds.
