UPDATE (11:45 a.m.) – Santa Barbara police say Keane was located by neighbors.
(11 a.m.) – The Santa Barbara Police Department is looking for a missing woman who is considered “memory-challenged.”
Donna Keane, 70, was last seen at 8:30 a.m. In the area of State and Cota streets. Police say she is known to walk to Montecito, Salinas Street, and Cliff Drive.
Keane is described as 5’5″ and 103 pounds with brown hair and gray eyes. She was last seen wearing a black fedora hat, black sweatshirt, and black pants with a floral pattern.
