Athletes and coaching staff from Arroyo Grande High School are teaching kids the basics of tennis at their three-day summer youth tennis camp from Wednesday through Friday.
Incoming students from fifth to eighth grade with all levels of play experience were accepted.
Those who attend learned the fundamentals of playing tennis from current high school tennis players and coaches while building up their skills and understanding the importance of team work.
The camp ends with a tennis tournament between the players.
The cost of the camp is $60 and includes a camp shirt.
