The Santa Barbara Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify a suspected thief.
Police say the man pictured below was captured on a surveillance camera depositing a stolen check at an ATM in Oxnard.
The check was reportedly stolen from a mail drop box in the City of Santa Barbara in late April.
