Firefighters worked to put out a small brush fire near the Oceano Dunes Monday afternoon.
CAL FIRE reports the call came in around 3 p.m. for the fire located behind the Oceano campground.
Shortly before 6 p.m., officials said crews remained on scene mopping up.
It’s estimated about an acre burned.
No word on the cause and officials say no structures were damaged and no injuries reported.
