Small fire put out in Paso Robles overnight

Investigators are working to determine that cause of a small vegetation fire that broke out in Paso Robles overnight.

The Paso Robles Fire Department reports it started just before 3 a.m. on the 3200 block of Sulphur Springs Road.

Once on scene, firefighters estimated the fire to be about a quarter-acre in size.

It was contained by about 3:10 a.m., fire officials say.

The Paso Robles Police Department and CAL FIRE SLO also responded.
