The Santa Barbara Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a woman who is considered to be at-risk.
Police say Hillary Litberg, 22, was last seen at around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17 in the area of the 700 block of Chapala St.
She was wearing denim shorts, a black belt, a white short-sleeved shirt with some kind of picture on the front, and green Nike high tops.
Litberg is described as 5’10” tall and 150 pounds with blue/green eyes and red hair.
Anyone with information about Litberg’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
