64 cases of COVID-19 reported in Santa Barbara County
The Santa Barbara Public Heath Department is reporting 17 more cases of COVID-19 bringing the county total to 64 cases.
Here is a breakdown by city/area of the new cases reported Saturday:
Public health officials released the specific areas where the cases are confirmed, but are still strongly encouraging people to practice social distancing when performing essential tasks outside their homes.
Of the 64 cases, 11 have fully recovered, 47 are recovering at home, six are recovering in the hospital, three are in the ICU.
The PHD said health officers are conducting through investigations for cases with exposures in healthcare or other congregate settings to identify other people who may have been exposed.
