Allegiant is adding a new flight between the Santa Maria Public Airport and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway International Airport.
The new flight is scheduled to take off on November 19, 2020.
The airline says introductory one-way fares will be offered for as low as $29.
Currently, Allegiant flies between Santa Maria and Las Vegas three times a week.
The flights to Phoenix will be twice a week and are now available for purchase on the Allegiant website.
United Airlines was planning to begin flying out of the Santa Maria Airport to three locations -- Los Angeles, San Francisco and Denver -- in June; however, the airline has delayed those flights until March 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
