A second Central Coast local was featured on NBC's 'The Voice' Monday night.

"Mendeleyev" is 28-years-old and was born and raised in Santa Barbara. He sang Girl from the North County by Bob Dylan.

Mendeleyev says his full name is, Mendeleyev Galileo Einstein Pythagoras Darwin Euclid Leonardo Allan-Blitz.

Mendeleyev's performance was a success, as all four judges turned around their chairs and fought for him to be on their team.

In the end, Mendeleyev chose John Legend as his voice coach for the show.

This comes just one week after another local from Santa Barbara competed on the show. Will Breman, 25, sang his own rendition of a Spice Girls song.

Breman also chose John Legend to be his voice coach.

We'll continue to follow these two and their journey on The Voice.

NBC's The Voice airs on Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m.
