With the help of the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department, police say Gracilazo was arrested in connection with the murder of Kevin Nunez-Escamill.
He was found shot to death Friday, Dec. 18, on the 800 black of W. Donovan Road.
Gracilazo was booked into the Santa Barbara County Jail with bail set at $2 million.
