Members of the Arroyo Grande Care Center gathered on Thursday to hold their annual car show.
This is the fourth year in a row the center hosted the event with help from various members of the San Luis Obispo based car club, The Cuesta Crankers Model "A" Group."
Three to six members of this group typically bring in their cars to participate in the event each year. "We keep them as nice as we can, maintain them and repair them," says Donn McKnight, a member of the Cuesta Crankers. "We're just proud to be able to run these."
Some of the cars showcased are even taken on tour to places like the Grand Canyon and South Dakota.
Those in attendance enjoyed a fun filled day with complimentary burgers, hot dogs and icees.
The center says the event is aimed at creating a sense of commonality within residents.
