The second day of the city of Arroyo Grande's Harvest Festival was on Saturday.
Residents and other attendees lined the rain-soaked streets of Downtown Arroyo Grande for the 84th annual parade.
Local businesses, schools, and other organizations marched east down Branch Street before turning south down Mason Street.
Other festival activities included kids' contests, a water balloon toss, face paintings, and a diaper derby.
