UPDATE: Santa Maria Police say one person is in stable condition after a shooting Saturday night.
When police responded to reports of a shooting in the area of La Salle Dr and Columbus in Santa Maria they say no victims were located.
A short time later police say they received a call that a shooting victim arrived at Marian Regional Medical Center.
That person was treated for multiple gunshot woulds and is in stable condition.

At least one person is hospitalized following a shooting in Santa Maria, officials say.
According to the Santa Maria Police Department, officers received a report of a fight near La Salle Dr. and Columbus Dr. around 7:23 p.m. Saturday.
Police said at least one person was shot and self-transported to the hospital.
The investigation is on going.
