UPDATE: 4:15 p.m. - Fire officials rescued a frozen climber near Ragged Point Monday.
CAL FIRE SLO along with Cambria Ambulance Paramedics and CHP helped rescue the climber.
Fire officials say CHP assisted with their H-70 helicopter by using a Billy Pugh Basket to rescue the person off the cliff.
Fire officials say the frozen climber was not injured.

Rescue crews responded to a hiker stuck on some rocks near Ragged Point on Monday.
The call for a cliff rescue came in at about 1:30 p.m. with reports of a hiker approximately 100 feet over the edge of Highway 1.
Crews from CAL FIRE SLO were assisted by Cambria Ambulance and a CHP helicopter.
