The California Mid-State Fair held its annual Cattlemen and Farmers Day Thursday night, paying tribute to local cattlemen, cattlewomen, and agriculturalists.
Ticket holders enjoyed a barbecue steak dinner with drinks and found out who won Cattleman, Cattlewoman, and Agriculturalist of the Year.
Dale Evenson was named Cattleman of the Year, Nicole Nicholson was named Cattlewoman of the Year, and John Lacey was named Agriculturalist of the Year.
The Mid-State Fair continues through July 26.
