Caltrans officials announced Thursday one lane on Highway 101 northbound is closed from Olive Mill Road to San Ysidro Road in Montecito for emergency repairs.
Crews said the lane closure began at about 11:30 a.m.
Officials anticipate the lane to reopen at approximately 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
