California Highway Patrol officers and Cal Fire SLO firefighters are responding to a crash on Highway 46.
According to CHP logs, a sedan rear-ended a semi-truck on Highway 46 east near Gruenhagen Flat Rd. and Rancho Shield Way at about 8:45 a.m. Tuesday.
An ambulance was dispatched to the scene but Cal Fire says the extent of injuries is unknown.
First responders are asking drivers to use caution when driving through the area.
