A judge on Tuesday ruled there is enough evidence for the case against an Oakland man accused of a shooting at the Oceano Dunes to move forward.
The preliminary hearing for Francisco Orozco, 19, wrapped up on Tuesday with the judge ruling he will be held to answer to all charges.
He faces one count of attempted murder and five counts of assault with a semi-automatic handgun for the May 5 shooting.
The shots reportedly rang out at a large gathering at the south end of the dunes where people were attending a concert.
Orozco was booked into jail that same afternoon.
He remains in custody at the San Luis Obispo County Jail and is due to return to court on Sept. 11.
