Update (10:30 A.M.) - Caltrans has closed the Highway 101 northbound on-ramp and off-ramp at Spring St. as they clean up the area after a cement truck turned over Tuesday morning.

Caltrans says the on-ramp and off-ramp will be closed until noon.
They advise drivers use caution while approaching the nearby roadway, and to use the Highway 46/24th St. exit and entrance to avoid delays.

(8:23 a.m.) - Emergency crews were responding to the Spring Street offramp in Paso Robles Tuesday morning after reports of an overturned cement truck.
It reportedly happened at about 8:12 a.m. on the northbound side of Highway 101.
The off-ramp was shut down for cleanup of the crash and was expected to be closed for at least a few hours.
CAL FIRE SLO was also responding along with the California Highway Patrol.
Minor injuries were reported.
