More than 100 car enthusiasts across the Central Coast gathered at the Morro Bay Rock to carry out a toy drive for local children battling cancer Sunday at the annual Rally at the Rock (RATR).
RATR benefits Along Comes Hope, a non-profit organization that helps families by providing support for children with cancer.
There were three departure points for attendees, with those from South San Luis Obispo County meeting in Nipomo, those from mid-county meeting in San Luis Obispo and those from north county meeting in Paso Robles.
Community members at the event also brought an unwrapped toy, which would later be delivered to children in need.
