Drivers near Templeton can expect delays later this month as Caltrans gets started on a project.
Construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Highway 46 west and Vineyard Dr. west of Templeton is scheduled later this month.
After a history of vehicle collisions, Caltrans installed a four-way stop with flashing beacons at the intersection in 2017.
Caltrans said motorists will encounter one-way reversing traffic control Mondays through Thursdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Fridays from 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Delays are expected to be no more than 15 minutes.
Caltrans says the project will cost $4 million.
