First responders were at the scene of a crash on Highway 101 just north of Highway 154 in Santa Barbara County.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash involved a vehicle rollover in the southbound lanes.
It happened at about 9:30 a.m.
Traffic through the area was being affected.
The Santa Barbara County Fire Department says it took crews about 10 minutes to extricate the driver.
CHP was reporting the crash resulted in only minor injuries.
