ORIGINAL STORY: Emergency crews were responding to reports of a crash on Highway 1 in Cayucos Tuesday morning.
The two-vehicle crash happened shortly after 11 a.m. near Old Creek Road and was reportedly blocking lanes of traffic.
Officers are asking people to use caution in the area or avoid the area altogether.
An ambulance has been requested at the scene but the extent of any injuries was not immediately known.
