Crews are responding to multiple vehicle pile up on Highway 46 East near Paso Robles.
The Paso Robles Fire Department says firefighters got reports of a crash involving two vehicles in the westbound lanes just before 6 p.m.
It is unclear if there are injuries or if lanes are blocked.
