UPDATE (11:01) - Cal Fire contained a small fire in the Salinas Riverbed.
Fire officials confirmed the flames were coming from a small trash fire and crews were able to contain it quickly.
All units have been released from the scene.

Cal Fire crews are responding to reports of a fire in the Salinas riverbed in Templeton.
The possible brush fire was reported near Templeton Feed and Grain after a smoke sighting.
Cal Fire is actively trying to gain access to the riverbed to assess the fire.
