Cal Fire crews are working to put out a fire that broke out on the Hearst Ranch property in San Simeon late Wednesday night.
Hearst Ranch employees are assisting with the fire.
The fire is contained at about 3 acres but heavy fuels caused the fire to move into the treeline.
Crews will be working overnight to put out the fire, according to officials.
The cause is under investigation.
