Doc Burnstein's Ice Cream Lab in Arroyo Grande is releasing a new line of fine chocolates. The chocolates are handcrafted in small batches, with the recipes coming from Great Britain.
Doc's has partnered with candy maker Gerald Reed to make the sweet delights. The ice cream place says the chocolates have been a long time coming for them.
"We've had the really fun and exciting job of taking the traditional recipes and putting the Doc Burnstein's twist on them," said Reed. "Its been a good ride so far and its only getting better from here."
The handmade chocolates will be available at all Central Coast parlors in small batches starting this Saturday, Nov. 16.
