Downtown Terrace in San Luis Obispo hosted a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony from 2-4 p.m. Saturday.
The newest housing development to come to downtown San Luis Obispo is located at 550 Higuera Street next to the San Luis Obispo Creek.
In an email sent to KSBY, an official with the Downtown Terrace housing project said it took three years to transform the former mobile home park into the 30-unit, two-story housing development it is today.
The grand opening ceremony Saturday featured open house tours, food and drinks and live music to all attendees, the email read.
